I have more than ten years of experience in client support and project management, and I'm strongly technical. I can sit with your team, work out how things really get done, build the fix, and explain it in plain language.

- I scope tightly and price clearly, so you know what you get, when, and what it costs before we start.
- I use the minimum access needed, log every action, and have a person check anything that matters.
- My own practice runs on the same kind of automation I build for clients.
