Who I help

Spend your hours on client work, not on running the studio.

Consultancies and agencies sell expertise by the hour or the project. Every hour spent on proposals, onboarding, reporting and invoicing is an hour that is not billable. These tasks are repeatable, so they respond well to automation.

Where the hours go

  • Writing proposals that are 80% the same as the last one
  • Onboarding each client with the same steps
  • Turning meeting notes into tasks and follow-ups
  • Pulling reports together from several tools

What stays with a person

You decide strategy, advice and what is sent to clients. Automation can prepare drafts and do the routine moves. Anything client-facing is reviewed by a person first.

What I would automate first

  • Proposals and scopes

First drafts built from your own past work and templates, for you to refine.

  • Client onboarding

A form kicks off folders, access, a welcome message and an internal checklist.

  • Meeting follow-ups

Notes become a tidy summary and a task list, sent to the right people after review.

  • Reporting and invoicing

Weekly or monthly client reports assembled automatically, and invoices drafted from your records.

Built on your tools

Most firms like yours already use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, plus an accounting, practice or project tool. I work with what you have. I use an open workflow tool, n8n, running on your own server or instance, to connect them. Where AI helps, I use the AI service your firm already has access to, or one that fits your data policy.

Care with client information

Client strategy and data are confidential. I use minimum access and keep information in your own tools, with every automated action logged.
